Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled that does not fade away, reserved in Heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. – 1 Peter 1:3-5 NKJV
Each one of us is a trust fund baby: we are heirs to an eternal inheritance through Jesus Christ. We are rich beyond measure!

In a difficult world, it is not always easy to choose love. People around us change their minds. They don’t always follow through, but God knows that we live in an imperfect world, yet His love for us is perfect.
He will always be there for us, and we can look forward to seeing Him at the Second Coming.
God’s love transcends time and space. When we love like Him, it doesn’t matter how far apart we are, because His love connects us. Amen.

What a glorious day it will be when we finally see the radiant face of Jesus!
Instead of a sad end to one way of life, seeing His face at the Second Coming will be a joyful occasion with someone we love and have waited for.
I don’t know when that day will come, and the Bible says that nobody knows the day nor the hour of Jesus’s Second Coming, but by having a daily relationship with our Savior, we don’t have to fear that day. It will be a good day.
Seeking His face on an ordinary day is like a meditative practice. Many things can distract us, but we can gently turn our attention back to Him. We can never go wrong when we turn our eyes upon Jesus. Amen.
