As I settle into my new surroundings in Idaho, I’m incredibly grateful for the new beginning that God has given our family. It is no coincidence that my husband is now the Executive Director at Life: A Center for Independent Living. Even the name of his new workplace is significant. Just as Jesus gives us life, so has He provided my husband a job where he will be able to make a positive difference in the community. We are grateful this Easter Sunday for all God has given us. Amen.

Miracles designed by God transcend what we know about genetics.
Sometimes I wonder, if we could have looked at Jesus’s blood under a microscope, what would His cells have looked like? He was divine and became flesh to die for our sins. When we are weighted down by the cares of the world, we can stop and remind ourselves that Jesus endured more than any human ever had, and He overcame the world. His victory is ours, too. What an incredible gift He has given us! Amen.
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. – John 1:14
With God, all things are possible. Jesus is the Word, and He blesses us by teaching us every day.
It’s sometimes difficult to comprehend how Jesus came to Earth to dwell among us. How humbling that must have been! God gives us miracles on a day-to-day basis. With God, nothing is impossible.
I know what it is like to have only one son. My toddler is precious. I delight in his every word and sentence. He is a smart little boy.
So, too, must it have been for those among Him to behold the glory of Jesus. He is God’s gift to humanity. Amen.
