‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’ – Jeremiah 33:3 NIV
No matter how many degrees or experiences we have, the Lord can still teach us things we don’t know.
When we humble ourselves and open our minds and hearts to whatever the Lord has to show us, we are blessed.
We will never be disappointed when we call upon Him, because He wants the best for us. Amen.
When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom. – Proverbs 11:2 NIV
Sometimes we find ourselves grumbling silently about our titles and expert status. Jesus said the first would be last and the last would be first.

When we remember that our aim is to become more like Jesus, we see that as long as we serve in the capacity that God calls us, we are on the right track. Amen.
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others. – Philippians 2:3-4 NIV
I have always cared about other people and tried to help them as much as possible. Sometimes this isn’t the best trait because I don’t always have good self care. His humility is an example to us. He did not heal the sick to become known as a healer. He did it because He loves us and is compassionate.

We are privileged to be called sons and daughters of God. We can rejoice every time that He connects us with someone we can help. Nothing is an accident. God arranges our connections. Amen.
