Prayer Journal Day 174
Day 174
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful. – Colossians 3:15 NKJV
When God secures an opportunity for us, we can be thankful. We can rest with our minds at peace, knowing that God cares about every detail of our lives.
When God’s peace is in our hearts, we can have the assurance that wherever we go, Jesus will be with us and will keep us in perfect peace when we set our minds on Him.
He seeks harmonious relationships for us, and as all the parts of the body function as a whole so that we can enjoy health, when we allow God’s peace to take over our hearts, everything works in a perfect sequence. Nothing is out of place when God is in control. He can guide us through anything. Amen.
Prayer Journal: Day 172
Day 172
Nevertheless I am continually with you; You hold me by my right hand. You will guide me with your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. – Psalm 73:23-24 NKJV
Wherever we go, God is with us continually. He is so close that He could hold our hand, the way a parent holds a child’s hand before crossing the street.
The Lord guides our steps if we allow Him to. God’s glory is something that we can look forward to.
Transitions in this life are sometimes hard. We don’t always know how to cope with rapid changes, but God can guide us and strengthen us no matter how displaced we may feel.
Not everything is certain, but one thing is sure–God never changes, and He is here to help us. Amen.
