And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. – Galatians 5:24-25 NKJV
Walking in the Spirit means relying on God’s direction instead of our own “SMART” goals.
As good and achievable as SMART goals can be, they are still man-made goals.
God knows our true objectives.
It’s okay to be passionate about our work and hobbies, as long as they don’t exceed our desire to love the Lord and follow Him.
No matter what happened to us in the past or the mistakes we made by trusting the wrong people, God can always steer us back to the right path.
He can take what is upside-down and turn it right-side up. Amen.
