I waited patiently for the Lord to help me, and He turned to me and heard my cry. – Psalms 40:1 NLT
The other day I was talking to a psychologist about my Long Hauler’s crashes three times a day.
What was validating was that he didn’t tell me that my energy crashes were entirely due to how well I’ve dealt with the pandemic emotionally. He suggested that I ask my Primary Care doctor for a pulmonary checkup. The thought never occurred to me before that my heart could’ve been impacted by getting COVID-19 in September of 2020.
God looks out for us. Even though He doesn’t stop bad things from happening, He shows us how to work through them in cooperation with Him. We don’t have to figure it out all by ourselves. Amen.
