As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God? – Psalm 42:1-2 NIV
When we thirst for the Holy spirit, we yearn for that still, revenant feeling when we can feel the Holy Spirit working in our lives.
The Holy Spirit is not just a feeling; He is always there, but the noise of our thoughts is sometimes so loud that we can’t hear His voice.
We yearn for His presence and His clarity. Every moment of the day we face frustrations, but how we react to them depends on how grounded we are in our faith.
We can’t email God and request a face-to-face meeting, but we can be still and know that He is God. Everything will work out with Him by our side. Amen.
