To Him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy— to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. – Jude 1:24-25 NIV
The Lord doesn’t fault us for our weaknesses. He doesn’t accuse us of being too weak if we fall. He picks us up and tells us it will be okay.
Although He is capable of preventing us from stumbling, sometimes we stumble anyway, because the lesson we will learn from picking ourselves up is more powerful than the lesson we would have learned had we not stumbled at all.
The Lord hears our cry. He is never too busy. He is always there for us. Amen.
