“For with God nothing will be impossible.” – Luke 1:37 NKJV
With our limited view of the world, we look at the obstacles before us and think that they are impossible. But with God, nothing is impossible.
A woman who was barren, despite her old age, Elizabeth, was able to have a baby, John the Baptist. Mary, the mother of Jesus, became the first woman in history to be a virgin and still have a baby, Jesus.
Miracles designed by God transcend what we know about genetics.
Sometimes I wonder, if we could have looked at Jesus’s blood under a microscope, what would His cells have looked like? He was divine and became flesh to die for our sins. Would his DNA be the same as any other human’s? Perhaps it would be, because He suffered in every way that we have, yet without sin. What a miracle we have in Jesus! Amen.
