O Lord, You have searched me and known me, You understand my thought afar off. You comprehend my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. – Psalm 139:1-2
O Lord, I pray that you can help me let go of my nit-picky client, Hannah (not her real name). I had been working with her for too long. I couldn’t take it anymore. It has been a while since I let her go as a client, yet she still pollutes my thoughts.
She makes me sick, and then because I don’t feel well my baby gets sick, too.
I prayed that I could peacefully exit my working relationship and let it go of the past so I could follow the path you have set out for me. I realize I have wasted over a year trying to please this nit-picky client. This is not what you wanted for me. This client was not a good fit and you are disciplining me because you love me.
You are the creator of the universe. You saved Daniel from the lion’s den. You know everything. You know how I could leave this non-ideal client with love, and You had given me the words to say it. I love You and thank You for helping me finally end this. Amen.
